At Medicine Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted only if the product is wrong, damaged, expired, or unopened in its original packaging.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

• Wrong product received
• Product damaged during delivery
• Product expired on arrival
• Item is unopened and unused

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Prescription medicines
• Temperature-sensitive products
• Products without original packaging
• Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

3. Return Period

Return requests must be made within 5–6 days of receiving your order.

4. Refunds

• Processed within 5–7 business days
• Issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours

5. Replacements

Eligible items may be replaced or exchanged for the correct or equivalent product.
